Refund policy

All products are made to order by us, for you. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once production starts, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel and or refund orders for any reason. We will only be able to cancel a transaction if we haven't yet started production and are notified within 24 hours of the purchase, but please note the transaction fee may be deducted from the refund, depending on which Payment provider is used.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received the product from us and realise you ordered the wrong size, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer any form of refunds nor exchange. For this reason, we ask that you please ensure your size and/or option is correct before finalising your purchase. An appropriate size guide is linked in the description of each product.
